Words Are Rocks
My next series of 4" x 4"s is based on text. The spoken or written word
is the rock that is my foundation, as I am and as I will become. Advice from friends, a letter from someone
lost for years, a book to teach skills or simply free my imagination..... these
are the basis of a sometimes complex life

these are fantastic Jo-there is such a nice flow about them, along with the soothing colors-like looking into a shallow pond of ripples!
ReplyDeleteI love how you're able to work in a series - and make each series so different from each other yet so connected within the series. Do you work on them individually or have them all going at the same time? I really like how you were able to integrate the text within the image.....beautiful pieces.
