Tiny collages

One of my international swap groups (Paper Traders) has set a cut and paste collage challenge.  Just my cup of tea, or so I thought, but the size was set at 3" x 5".  SO small.

The images used were to be cut from magazines.  That's fine, tho' I'm concerned about copyright of anything recognisable. I tried to make sure that wasn't a problem.

I'M LATE, I'M LATE

Fussy cutting small images is not as easy as it used to be.  I think I need glasses for this.....but the process is such fun.  I love choosing odd pictures to go together.

  1. They look like fun. I am no good at doing them though.

  3. Wonky is right - silly, funny, but mostly clever. My brain just doesn't work this way but I admire those who do.

  6. Wow, Jo. I'm always late visiting you. Your art always speaks to me, and these tiny collages are right up my alley. I'm also a big fan of magazine images and try to make sure there is no copyright problems. I was especially impressed with the quirky nature of all of these and how you put everything together and named them. Super job.

  8. I really enjoy these small collages, Jo! Magazine cut-out collages can be so much fun to do, and usually turn out kind of wacky and surrealistic, which is what makes them so intriguing!
